At Dakshis, we stand behind the quality of our spiritual products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or worn
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during sale events (unless defective)
Return Process
- Contact us at support@dakshis.in or WhatsApp +91 93916 63085 within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for return with photos of the product
- Our team will review and approve the return within 24-48 hours
- Ship the product to our address (return shipping charges apply unless product is defective)
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
Refund Policy
Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days. Please provide your bank account details when requesting a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
